Data Reporting Junior Analyst

Position: Data Reporting Junior Analyst

The Data Reporting Junior Analyst is a critical role within our organization, responsible for analyzing and reporting on large sets of data to support business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks and data cleansing
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline reporting processes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data reporting and analysis
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficient in SQL and Excel, with knowledge of other data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard design is preferred
