• Utilize CAD software to create 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing.
• Perform engineering calculations to ensure designs meet specifications and requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, manufacturing, and quality to ensure design requirements are met.
• Conduct testing and analysis of prototypes to evaluate performance and make necessary improvements.
• Generate technical reports and documentation to support design decisions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve design concepts.
• Stay updated on current industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and design processes.
• Experience with FEA and GD&T is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
