Position Overview: We are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate Secondary School Teacher to join our team. As a Secondary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment and facilitating the academic and personal development of students in grades 9-1This position requires a strong commitment to providing quality education and nurturing the growth of young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and state education standards
• Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of subject matter
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents through regular evaluations and progress reports
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and acceptance of diversity
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's academic progress and any concerns that may arise
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and teaching methods
• Attend school events, meetings, and conferences as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification for grades 9-12
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level
