Position: Paralegal

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Paralegal. As a Paralegal, you will provide vital support to our attorneys by performing a variety of legal tasks. You will work closely with our attorneys to ensure that our clients receive the best legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts
• Organize and maintain client files and documents
• Coordinate with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal proceedings
• Assist with case investigations and fact-finding
• Manage and update case management systems
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies
• Attend court hearings and trials to provide support to attorneys
• Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using case management software
• Knowledge of state and federal court systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
