Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dealer training program is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Casino Dealer, with proficiency in multiple table games
Excellent math skills and ability to calculate payouts accurately and quickly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, while maintaining composure and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused and alert for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must possess a valid gaming license or have the ability to obtain one
Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures is a plus
