Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and to our customers.
Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery while optimizing costs.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information, delivery dates, and any issues that may arise.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that orders are processed and shipped on time.
Work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any delivery or shipment issues.
Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with all shipping and transportation regulations and requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to negotiate competitive rates and terms.
Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of shipping and transportation regulations and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
