We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and cutting-edge solutions to our clients, and our Professional Services team plays a crucial role in achieving this goal.As a Project Manager in our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients to ensure all project requirements are met and all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against project milestones
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and implementation, to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and achievable
• Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring all tasks are completed within the defined timeline
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring all project deliverables are within budget
• Conduct project retrospective meetings to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements for future projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a Professional Services or technology-driven environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• PMP certification is a plus
