Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, grinders, and drills.
• Monitor machinery performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints to understand machinery operations.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to develop and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
• Train new employees on machinery operations and safety procedures.
• Keep detailed records of machinery performance, maintenance, and repairs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining machinery.
• Strong understanding of machinery operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
