Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring its success. You will be the driving force behind the store's sales and customer service, as well as the leader of a dedicated team of sales associates. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase revenue
• Create and maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to drive business growth
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving of merchandise
• Ensure store operations comply with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build brand loyalty and increase repeat business
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and manage store budget, including monitoring expenses and managing payroll

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
