Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating educational programs.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using educational technology and tools.
Experience in project management and budgeting.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
