Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arms Product Specialist to join our growing team. As an Arms Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our line of arms products. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our arms products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the arms industry and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to develop new arms products
• Manage the entire product development process from ideation to launch

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and incorporate them into product development
• Travel to industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to showcase our arms products and gather feedback

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the arms industry
• Strong knowledge of arms products and industry trends
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
