Genesis Haven Science College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Program Director to oversee our academic programs and drive the growth and success of our institution. As the Academic Program Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic vision of our institution and ensuring the academic excellence of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the academic quality and reputation of our institution
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of all academic programs offered by the institution
• Lead a team of academic coordinators and faculty members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of academic programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs, making necessary adjustments and improvements to ensure student success
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of academic programs with the overall goals and objectives of the institution
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and professional organizations to enhance the relevance and applicability of our programs
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in higher education and incorporate innovative practices into our academic programs
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to academic programs and accreditation standards
• Manage the budget for academic programs, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and maximize revenue
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence among faculty and staff through professional development opportunities and performance evaluations

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management or related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful academic programs
• In-depth knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in higher education
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
