Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Metal Production Manager to oversee our metal production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal production, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a team to achieve production targets. This is a challenging role that requires a hands-on approach and the ability to make critical decisions to ensure the smooth functioning of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of metal production, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring production processes to meet production targets.
• Oversee the production team and provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team is motivated, engaged, and working efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement production strategies to optimize the use of resources, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages of the production process.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve any production issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure an adequate supply of materials to meet production demands.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Prepare production reports and present them to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a metal production management role.
• Strong knowledge of metal production processes and techniques.
