About the Role: As the Program Development Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will lead a team of program managers and collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new programs and initiatives that align with our mission and vision. You will also be responsible for evaluating and improving existing programs to ensure their effectiveness and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for program development in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify community needs and gaps in services.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to secure funding for new programs and initiatives.
• Lead and manage a team of program managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of programs.
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, communications, and operations to ensure effective coordination and integration of programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program development and nonprofit management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nonprofit management, social work, or public administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management within a nonprofit organization.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing programs that have made a positive impact.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new opportunities for program development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
