About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the overall infrastructure of our organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our systems and networks are efficient, secure, and scalable to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical infrastructure solutions.
• Design and implement complex infrastructure solutions, including network, server, storage, and cloud systems, to support the organization's current and future needs.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all systems.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the existing infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other teams, including developers, system administrators, and operations teams.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to protect the organization's infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the organization's infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with a focus on network and server systems.
• Strong experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of security protocols and procedures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Relevant certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are highly desirable.
