Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership Coach to join our team. As a Leadership Coach, you will be responsible for helping individuals and organizations develop and strengthen their leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching individuals and teams to achieve their full potential and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify their leadership strengths and weaknesses
• Designing personalized coaching plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
• Providing guidance and support to clients in developing their leadership skills, including communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking
• Facilitating group coaching sessions with teams to enhance collaboration, team dynamics, and overall performance
• Conducting workshops and training sessions on leadership development topics
• Supporting clients in setting and achieving their leadership development goals
• Utilizing various coaching techniques and tools to help clients overcome challenges and achieve growth
• Conducting regular progress reviews with clients to evaluate their progress and make necessary adjustments to coaching plans
• Collaborating with other coaches and consultants to develop and deliver innovative leadership development programs for clients
• Staying updated on the latest leadership development trends and best practices to continually enhance coaching techniques and strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership development and coaching
• Proven track record of successfully coaching individuals and teams to achieve their leadership potential
• Strong understanding of leadership development theories and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with clients from diverse industries and backgrounds
• Passion for helping others grow and reach their full potential
• Professional coaching certification (e.g. ICF, IPEC) is preferred but not required.
