As a Business Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs, develop customized strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, industry competitors, and client's internal operations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized strategic plans to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, continuously monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
• Utilize data-driven insights to provide actionable recommendations to clients, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects, as needed.
