Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live and recorded surveillance footage to identify any suspicious activities or potential threats
Analyze and report any unusual behavior or activities to appropriate personnel
Conduct investigations on suspicious activities and provide detailed reports
Maintain an organized database of surveillance footage and reports
Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed
Develop and implement surveillance procedures to ensure the safety and security of our organization
Stay up-to-date with the latest surveillance technology and techniques
Train and educate other security personnel on surveillance procedures and techniques
Participate in emergency response procedures in the event of a security breach or threat
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards at all times

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in surveillance or security operations
In-depth knowledge of surveillance systems and technology
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong decision-making skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to surveillance and security
Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug test
