Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team of educators. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment for students in grades K-5, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with state and school curriculum standards
• Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning and promote critical thinking
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and supported
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and behavior
• Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience for students
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
• Evaluate and assess student progress through various methods and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
• Attend and participate in faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Teaching certification in the state for grades K-5 (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience working with elementary school students (student teaching experience may be considered)
• Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Proficient in technology and willing to incorporate it into lesson plans
• Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' lives
