Position: Data Warehouse ETL Developer
Location: Eugene, Oregon, United States

contract Duration: Full-timeWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse ETL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data warehouse solutions. You will work closely with our data analysts, business intelligence team, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
- Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence team to gather and understand business requirements
- Develop and implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity
- Create and maintain documentation for data warehouse processes, data dictionaries, and data lineage
- Optimize ETL jobs for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ETL job failures or issues
- Develop and maintain data models for the data warehouse
- Monitor and report on data warehouse performance and usage
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data warehousing and ETL development
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development
- Strong proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
- Experience with SQL and database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
