Position: Fashion Education Coordinator

Role Summary: As a Fashion Education Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives within the fashion industry. You will work closely with schools, educational institutions, and fashion organizations to provide students with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of fashion. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to promote educational programs and opportunities within the fashion industry.
• Collaborate with fashion organizations to identify and create learning opportunities for students, such as workshops, seminars, and internships.
• Research and analyze industry trends and educational needs to continuously improve and update existing programs.
• Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of educational events, such as fashion shows, career fairs, and conferences.
• Manage budgets and resources for educational programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Develop and maintain educational materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and training manuals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in fashion, education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a teaching or training role.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, techniques, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of project management and event coordination.
