Overview: We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Managing Director. As a Managing Director, you will play a critical role in leading and managing our investment banking division, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and a proven track record of success in investment banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the investment banking division, including setting strategic objectives, creating business plans, and implementing effective processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional investors
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee and participate in the execution of complex financial transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation
• Provide expert financial and strategic advice to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met
• Manage a team of investment banking professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, research, and legal, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and build new relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A, capital markets, and/or corporate finance
• Proven track record of leading and managing a successful investment banking division, achieving business growth, and building strong client relationships
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment banking products, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and valuation techniques
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or Series 7 license are a plus
