Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Education Program Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement education programs that align with the company's mission and vision.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and community partners, to ensure the success of education programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Develop and manage budgets for education programs and ensure that programs are financially sustainable.
• Hire, train, and supervise education program staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote and publicize education programs.
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education program management.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to expand educational opportunities for students.
• Communicate regularly with program participants and their parents/guardians to address any concerns and provide updates on program activities.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that education programs are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain program metrics to track progress and report on program impact.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to education programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful education programs.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
