Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Managing Director of Investment Banking to join our dynamic team. As the leader of our investment banking division, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our business through strategic planning, client relationship management, and team development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in investment banking, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive growth in the investment banking division.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the investment banking division, including deal origination, execution, and client relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to expand the company's network and enhance its reputation.
• Lead and mentor a team of investment bankers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Oversee the preparation of financial analysis, valuation models, and investment memorandums for potential transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments and senior management to ensure alignment of investment banking activities with the overall company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking with a proven track record of successful deal execution.
