Job Title: Casino Host/Hostess

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Casino Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Casino Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests, ensuring their overall experience at our casino is enjoyable and memorable. This position requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Build relationships with guests and provide personalized service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Act as a liaison between guests and casino management, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
• Assist guests with reservations, event planning, and other special requests
• Promote and explain casino promotions, events, and amenities to guests
• Monitor guests' gaming activity and offer complimentary services or incentives based on their play
• Maintain accurate records and reports of guest interactions and activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests
• Attend to VIP guests and provide them with a high level of service and attention
• Act as an ambassador for the casino, promoting a positive image and reputation at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations preferred
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license
