Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design innovative and engaging STEM curriculum for students in various grade levels, aligned with state and national standards.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other curriculum specialists to ensure the curriculum meets the needs of diverse learners.
Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and best practices in STEM education.
Integrate hands-on and project-based learning activities to enhance student understanding and engagement.
Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure student learning and curriculum effectiveness.
Provide training and support to teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively.
Collaborate with technology specialists to incorporate digital tools and resources into the curriculum.
Attend and present at conferences and workshops to share knowledge and expertise in STEM education.
Maintain accurate records of curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, STEM, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in STEM subjects.
Experience in curriculum development, preferably in a K-12 setting.
Knowledge of state and national standards for STEM education.
Strong understanding of pedagogy and instructional strategies for diverse learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for curriculum development and instruction.
