Position: Offshoring Project Analyst

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Offshoring Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Offshoring Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful execution of offshoring projects for our company. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, identifying opportunities for offshoring, and overseeing the implementation of offshoring initiatives. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires exceptional analytical skills, strong project management abilities, and a keen understanding of offshoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses to identify potential offshoring opportunities and determine the feasibility and benefits of offshoring for our company.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for offshoring projects, and ensure their successful execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish project goals and deliverables, and obtain buy-in for offshoring initiatives.
• Work closely with offshore partners to define project scopes, set expectations, and monitor progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate offshoring processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of offshoring operations.
• Analyze project data and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to offshoring to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in offshoring project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of offshoring processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, project planning, and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting data analyses and developing project plans and budgets.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results within tight timelines and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
