Job Title: Curriculum Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing curriculum strategies to ensure the highest level of academic achievement for our students. Your expertise in curriculum design and instruction will be essential in continuously improving our educational programs and supporting our faculty in delivering quality instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum plan that aligns with state standards and educational goals
• Collaborate with department heads and teachers to ensure curriculum is cohesive and meets the needs of all students
• Monitor and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and regular feedback from teachers and students
• Conduct ongoing research and stay updated on educational trends and standards to inform curriculum improvements
• Lead curriculum development workshops and provide resources to support teacher professional development
• Facilitate the implementation of new curriculum and instructional strategies, including providing training and support for teachers
• Collaborate with school administration to ensure curriculum meets accreditation requirements and standards
• Monitor and manage curriculum budgets and resources, including textbooks, technology, and other instructional materials
• Support the development and implementation of assessment strategies to measure student learning and inform curriculum improvements
• Communicate curriculum updates and changes to teachers, parents, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instruction
• Strong understanding of state standards and educational trends
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in data analysis and using data to inform decision-making
• Experience in facilitating professional development workshops
• Knowledge of instructional technology and its integration into curriculum
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
