Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Proven experience in designing and implementing successful learning programs for diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and instructional design software
