Shuttle Driver

This position requires the Shuttle Driver to work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings. The Shuttle Driver will be exposed to various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation. The role may also require long periods of sitting and standing, as well as heavy lifting. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing safe and reliable transportation services to our passengers.

Job Title: Shuttle Driver

Position Overview: As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to and from designated locations. You will be operating a company-provided shuttle bus or van, ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers throughout the duration of their trip. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a shuttle bus or van to transport passengers to and from designated locations.
• Greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout the trip.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while operating the shuttle vehicle.
• Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Communicate with dispatch and other drivers to ensure timely and efficient arrival and departure of shuttle services.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including vehicle inspections and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair is preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while operating the shuttle vehicle.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
