About the Role: Azure Zenith Tech Institute is seeking a highly motivated Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and innovative curriculum materials that align with our company's mission and goals. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum development, and adult learning theories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content requirements for various courses and programs
• Design and develop curriculum materials, including lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and learning activities, using instructional design methodologies and best practices
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are aligned with learning objectives and meet the needs of diverse learners
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of curriculum materials
• Continuously evaluate and update existing curriculum materials to reflect changes in the industry and to improve learning outcomes
• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion of curriculum development projects
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
• Use a variety of instructional methods and technologies to enhance the delivery of curriculum materials
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for new courses and programs
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of curriculum development processes and materials
• Provide support and training to instructors and staff on the effective implementation of curriculum materials
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in curriculum development and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and curriculum development methodologies
• Experience in designing and developing curriculum materials for a variety of delivery methods, including online, blended, and face-to-face
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in using instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
