Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Academi. As an Academi, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education and helping students reach their full potential. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and educators, providing support and guidance to ensure their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and standards
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity and encourages critical thinking
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and exams
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students to help them overcome academic challenges and achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to develop and implement strategies to enhance the academic experience for students
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in education to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and address any concerns
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other school events as required
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to student conduct and safety

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification/license
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role
• Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their full potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and techniques
• Familiarity with technology and its integration into teaching
