Salary: EUR: €25,000 - €42,000 per year

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Athletic Education Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our athletic education programs, from curriculum development to program implementation. You will work closely with our team of coaches, trainers, and support staff to ensure the success of our programs and the development of our athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive athletic education programs for high school and college students
• Collaborate with coaches and trainers to design curriculum that aligns with industry standards and best practices
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all athletes, fostering a sense of community and teamwork
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and facilities management
• Oversee program registration and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed by athletes and their families
• Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
• Communicate regularly with athletes, coaches, and parents to provide updates and gather feedback
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote programs and recruit new athletes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in athletic education to continually enhance our programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in athletic education or program coordination
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in athletic training and development
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for working with young athletes and helping them achieve their goals
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
