About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Herbalist and Wellness Consultant to join our team. As an Herbalist and Wellness Consultant, you will be responsible for providing natural remedies and recommendations to improve the overall health and well-being of our clients. You will also be responsible for conducting consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and educating clients on the benefits of herbal medicine and holistic wellness practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their health concerns and goals
• Create personalized treatment plans using herbal remedies and supplements
• Educate clients on the benefits of herbal medicine and holistic wellness practices
• Conduct research on new herbs and their potential uses in healing and promoting wellness
• Maintain accurate records of client consultations and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in herbal medicine and holistic wellness practices
• Source and purchase high-quality herbs and supplements for use in treatments
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with clients to track their progress
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the practice of herbal medicine and wellness consulting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, or a related field
• Certification or license in Herbal Medicine or Naturopathy
• Minimum of 5 of experience as an Herbalist or Wellness Consultant
• Strong knowledge of herbal medicine and holistic wellness practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using herbal remedies and supplements
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
