Job Title: Motion Graphics Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and video production teams to bring our ideas to life and enhance our brand's visual presence. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of motion graphics, design principles, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various projects such as promotional videos, social media content, and advertisements
• Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver work that meets our brand standards
• Work closely with our video production team to integrate motion graphics into video projects seamlessly
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and incorporate them into our projects
• Develop storyboards and concept designs for motion graphics projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide creative input and ideas for projects to enhance their visual appeal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for design challenges
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues related to motion graphics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphics design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics work
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Experience with 3D animation and software such as Cinema 4D or Maya is a plus
