Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute designs for various projects, including print and digital media.
Create visually appealing and impactful designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to junior designers.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and tools into projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Develop design templates and guidelines to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
Oversee the work of junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow and improve their skills.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the quality and consistency of design work.
Continuously improve and optimize design processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including print and digital media.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience in mentoring and providing creative direction to junior designers.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
