Key Responsibilities:

Plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
Monitor and track production progress, identify and address any issues that may arise, and implement solutions to ensure production targets are met.
Allocate resources and assign tasks to production workers, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.
Train, coach and motivate production workers to maintain high levels of productivity and quality standards.
Ensure that all safety procedures and regulations are followed by all production workers at all times.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production workers.
Collaborate with other departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure a seamless production process.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure that production workers do the same.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
