Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the overall management and enhancement of academic programs.
• Collaborate with faculty members to design and update course curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and student needs.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of faculty members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality instruction.
• Monitor and analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance program effectiveness.
• Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of available funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as businesses, government agencies, and community organizations, to facilitate internship and job opportunities for students.
• Oversee the admissions process, working closely with the admissions team to attract and enroll high-potential students into the program.
• Provide guidance and support to students, addressing any academic or personal challenges they may face during their program.
• Plan and execute events, such as workshops and seminars, to enhance the learning experience for students and promote the program.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our programs remain relevant and competitive.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Business, or Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic program management, preferably at the post-secondary level.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing academic programs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse student body.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Passion for education and commitment to the mission of Intercontinental Beacon Polytechnic.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
