Job Title: E-Learning Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative E-Learning Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and interactive e-learning courses for our clients. As an E-Learning Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for our clients, ensuring that our courses are informative, effective, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs, learning objectives, and course content
• Design and develop e-learning courses using various authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Create engaging and interactive multimedia elements, including videos, simulations, and quizzes, to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct thorough research on the latest instructional design techniques and incorporate them into course design
• Utilize adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences for our clients
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and other instructional materials to guide the development process
• Ensure that all course content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with learning objectives
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that courses are error-free and function correctly on various devices
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly course interfaces
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in e-learning technology to continuously improve our courses
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on instructional design best practices
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to course content
• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in e-learning
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, theories, and methodologies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating engaging and effective e-learning experiences
• Knowledge of learning management systems is a plus
