Position Title: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Education Program Coordinator to join our team and oversee the development and implementation of our education programs. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our education programs, including curriculum development, program delivery, and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Research, design, and create curriculum materials for various educational programs
• Manage the delivery of educational programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote and expand our educational programs
• Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
• Maintain accurate records of program participation, evaluations, and outcomes
• Develop and manage program budgets, including securing funding and writing grant proposals
• Plan and facilitate training sessions for program facilitators and volunteers
• Stay up-to-date with current education trends and best practices, and incorporate them into program design and delivery
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and publicize educational programs through various channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or related role
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of data analysis and program evaluation techniques
• Experience in grant writing and securing funding is a plus
• Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
