About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an AI Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI initiatives that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop project plans and timelines.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential roadblocks.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, provide progress reports to senior management, and communicate project updates to all stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget and time frame.
• Track project performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables.
• Work closely with the AI development team to ensure project requirements are accurately captured and translated into technical specifications.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, and conduct thorough testing and quality assurance before project launch.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of AI.
• Proven experience managing complex AI projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong technical background and understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, budget management, risk management, and resource management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP certification is preferred.
