Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Instructional Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Instructional Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing instructional materials and strategies to support the learning needs of our students. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other educational professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments, that align with curriculum objectives and meet the unique needs of diverse learners
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to identify instructional goals and develop strategies to support student learning
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in instructional design and pedagogy, and make recommendations for improvements to curriculum and instructional methods
• Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance and support instruction, including designing and implementing online learning modules
• Provide training and support to teachers on instructional techniques and the effective use of instructional materials
• Analyze student data and make data-driven decisions to improve instructional strategies and student learning outcomes
• Participate in the development and implementation of professional development programs for teachers and staff
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff on instructional best practices and instructional technology tools and resources
• Collaborate with other instructional specialists and educational professionals to share ideas and best practices, and continuously improve the overall instructional program at our institution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
• Experience working with diverse populations and implementing inclusive instructional strategies
• Familiarity with educational technology tools and digital learning platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other educational professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform instructional decisions
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities
