Overview: Outsource Offshoring is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outsourcing & Offshoring Manager to join our growing team. As the Outsourcing & Offshoring Manager, you will be responsible for managing our outsourcing and offshoring operations and ensuring the success of our partnerships with external vendors and offshore teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who possesses strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's outsourcing and offshoring strategy, in alignment with the overall business objectives.
• Identify potential outsourcing and offshoring opportunities, evaluate their feasibility and make recommendations to senior management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and offshore teams, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable for the company.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and track the performance of outsourcing and offshoring partners, ensuring that they meet agreed-upon service levels and quality standards.
• Oversee the budget for outsourcing and offshoring operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and identifying areas for optimization.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of outsourcing and offshoring operations, and implement necessary improvements and corrective actions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and offshoring, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on how to effectively work with external partners and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that outsourcing and offshoring operations are integrated with the overall business strategy and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing outsourcing and offshoring operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing contracts with external partners.
• Strong understanding of outsourcing and offshoring best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
