Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in retail stores and ensuring they are displayed in an appealing and eye-catching manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for visual merchandising, and a passion for driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for promoting and displaying products in retail stores
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines and standards
• Create visually appealing displays using product knowledge and understanding of current trends
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure products are restocked in a timely manner
• Negotiate product placement and ensure maximum visibility and exposure in stores
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques to drive sales
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive sales growth
• Identify and report any issues or challenges with product placement or inventory levels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or sales, preferably in the retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management software
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
• Passion for creativity and an eye for detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
