Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of educators to develop and implement curriculum materials that align with our organization's goals and objectives
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most effective teaching methods and instructional materials for different learning styles and levels
Design and develop engaging and interactive curriculum materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and activities
Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance curriculum content and delivery
Ensure curriculum materials meet state and national standards and are culturally responsive
Train and support educators on the implementation of curriculum materials and provide ongoing professional development opportunities
Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary revisions and updates as needed
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to promote and market curriculum materials and programs
Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in curriculum development, education, and instructional design
Manage projects and timelines to ensure timely completion of curriculum materials and programs
Build relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance curriculum development and implementation

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in an educational setting
Strong understanding of curriculum development principles, instructional design theories, and learning styles
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in using technology and multimedia resources to enhance curriculum materials and delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
Knowledge of state and national education standards
Experience with training and providing professional development to educators
Passion for education and making a positive impact on students' learning experiences
