About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Education Programs Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of our education programs, ensuring they align with our company's mission and goals. As the Education Programs Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of educational programs, including curriculum design, instructional strategies, and assessment methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of education programs with company goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance our education programs.
• Develop and manage the education program budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of education programs through data analysis, feedback, and other evaluation methods.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including schools, universities, and educational organizations.
• Manage a team of education professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee program marketing and promotion efforts to increase program participation and reach a wider audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute educational materials, such as newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 of experience in education program management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Proven track record of successful program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the education industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
• Passion for education and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on individuals and society.
