Position Title: Curriculum Coordinator

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Curriculum Coordinator. As the Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our company's curriculum and ensuring its alignment with educational standards and objectives. You will work closely with our team of educators and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for our educational programs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure curriculum meets educational standards and objectives
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of curriculum to ensure its relevance and effectiveness
• Create and implement assessment tools to measure student learning and progress
• Monitor and analyze data from assessments to make necessary adjustments to the curriculum
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to educators on implementing the curriculum
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of curriculum and alignment with overall company goals
• Stay current with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methods
• Manage and maintain curriculum materials, including digital and physical resources
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote and market our educational programs and curriculum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and curriculum development processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
• Experience with project management and data analysis is a plus
