Position: Digital Learning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Learning Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education, technology, and creating engaging learning experiences for students.As a Digital Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our digital learning programs. This includes collaborating with educators to identify learning objectives, selecting appropriate digital tools and resources, and creating a seamless user experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with educators to understand learning objectives and requirements for digital learning programs
• Research and select appropriate digital tools and resources to enhance the learning experience
• Manage the development and implementation of digital learning programs, including creating timelines, coordinating with team members, and ensuring quality control
• Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia specialists to create engaging and interactive digital content
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the digital learning programs
• Monitor and maintain the functionality of our learning management system and other digital learning platforms
• Train and support educators on how to use digital tools and resources effectively in their teaching
• Keep up-to-date with emerging digital learning trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into our programs
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports on the usage and effectiveness of digital learning programs
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote and raise awareness of our digital learning programs
• Ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws in the use of digital content

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and implementing digital learning programs
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficient in using learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, and other digital learning platforms
• Experience in instructional design, multimedia development, and graphic design is a plus
• Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property laws in relation to digital content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Passion for education and keeping up-to-date with emerging digital learning trends and technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
