Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal services or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to the industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
