Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Renewable Energy Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy projects and a passion for driving sustainable solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our renewable energy projects, from planning and development to execution and completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and meet our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and hydropower.
• Conduct site feasibility studies, identify potential risks and opportunities, and make recommendations for project viability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement renewable energy systems that meet project requirements and adhere to industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide solutions to mitigate any challenges.
• Lead project meetings, including kick-off, status, and post-project reviews.
• Develop project documentation, including project proposals, contracts, and progress reports.
• Oversee the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and obtain necessary permits for project development.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct project site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• PMP certification is a plus.
